This weekend was our first day at the beach this year. We'd been down to eat several times, but this was the first time we'd gone just for the beach and gotten in the water. We met neighbors down there, and we all had a good time. The waves were pretty big, and Phil, Avery and I all got in a little bit. Claire didn't like the water on her toes but liked sitting on the blanket in the shade and eating sand. :/ It was a beautiful day and a great way to kick off "beach season!"
