While home in Louisville, my mom and dad took the kids and me to the zoo. We had a beautiful cool day (warm for up there, though), and a lot of the animals were out and about. Avery had a great time running from exhibit to exhibit, and Claire loved being outside, too. I got a good workout just pushing our stroller up all the hills. :/ Our favorite animals were the polar bears (had a front row spot for the "training session") and lions (both male and female roared for everyone to hear). Although, Avery may have enjoyed the animal statues just as much as the real ones!
Can't wait to go back next time we're home!
Great Pictures! We love zoos. No pics of the polar bears??? I must say, Avery is one adorable kid, but Claire is absolutely beautiful. Such a great bro - sis pair. :)
