Today was Avery's first dental exam/cleaning. Luckily, Phil didn't have to go into work until lunch time, so he came along for moral support. This pediatric dentist was just ranked #1 in Brandon and is a graduate of the University of Louisville, as it turns out.

Only one of us was allowed to go back with Avery, and since I've been to my fair share of doctor appointments lately, I let Phil be the chaperone. Apparently, Avery did NOT like his teeth being cleaned and screamed and cried the whole time. Poor little guy. Needless to say, Phil was too busy holding his arms down to snap any action shots. However, the whole ordeal lasted less than 15 minutes, and Avery was rewarded with a new bouncy ball. He was very proud of his prize and quickly forgot the trauma endured. Good to go for another 6 months!

lol! What a good mama you are getting him in so early! :) Ellie isn't a fan either- Gavin loves it though :)
