Furman, my (and my sister's) South Carolina Alma Mater, has found a spot in the national rankings. Newsweek named it 2nd most rigorous college in the country for 2011! I'm not quite sure that's a good thing. It's proof that I had reason to study like crazy and party less, watch less tv, and play fewer video games than a lot of my peers and my future husband (no offense, Indiana State Sycamores!). It also means that I possibly worked harder than some Harvard and Yale graduates (ahem, Dan) for a slightly less prestigious sounding degree. Oh well, despite all the hard work, I loved Furman and the time I spent there. Yay for Furman making news! Let it be known that I am officially a hard working, well educated stay at home mama. ;)
