Naomi and Cory's Wedding Weekend!

We just got back from a whirlwind week at home for Phil's oldest younger sister Naomi's wedding. We had so much fun taking part in all of the wedding festivities and spending time with our family.

First thing on tap was manicures before the big day.

Primping can be exhausting! ;)

The next morning was a bridal brunch for the ladies at the Loft in downtown New Albany.

While we brunched, the boys played put put and got lunch at Culvers. Avery played all 18 holes!

That night, we had the rehearsal at the Louisville Presbyterian Seminary chapel and rehearsal dinner back at the Loft. Avery wasn't quite sure what he thought about his big job as co-ring bearer. I had told him he'd get a special treat for walking down the aisle, and he had a meltdown when he didn't get his toy after just practicing that night.

Sibling shot:

The big day!

Naomi was a beautiful bride, and Cory was pretty dashing himself. :)

Avery did a great job, and the sign made it down the aisle. He said loudly "Weston! Come on, Weston!" when Weston was walking slower than him, but both boys did great. I didn't get any pictures because I was too busy being a nervous wreck and coaxing him down the aisle. ;)

The reception at Kye's II was a lot of fun. My parents took the kids home early for us, and we all had a great time dancing!

The following morning, we all gathered at the Galt House for the traditional Stephens family brunch. As usual, it did not disappoint. However, Phil and I didn't get to gorge ourselves quite as much as we'd have liked to because of the kids keeping us on our toes.

Cupcakes for breakfast? Why not?!

It was a beautiful weekend for a beautiful couple! We loved seeing everyone and just wish that we had had more time together! Congratulations, Naomi and Cory!!
