Bailey Gymnastics and a Birthday Bouncy House

Today started with some gymnastics practice on Avery's part...

Today was a day of firsts for Avery, as well...It was his first real birthday party that he's been invited to (and been able to attend), and at this party he had his first sno-cone and played in his first bouncy house. Isabel's mom worked with me at Brandon, and she had a strawberry shortcake party to celebrate turning 3.

He spent most of his time sitting outside the door, just watching the big kids having fun.

The big kids took a break, so Avery crawled in to check out what all the hype was about...he didn't even try to stand up!

All the kids were very nice and gentle with him. Here they are deep in important kid conversation. :)
